About the role:- Build and develop autonomous AI agents that can perform complex tasks independently
- Work with large language models and multi-agent orchestration frameworks to create intelligent systems
- Design and implement backend services that power AI-driven applications
- Contribute to the architecture and engineering of next-generation AI platforms
- Python development for core agent functionality and system components
- REST API design and implementation for agent communication and integration
- Debugging and optimization of AI systems to improve performance and reliability
- Integration with frameworks like Lang Graph, Lang Chain, CrewAI, or similar agent platforms
- Building scalable backend infrastructure using modern Python frameworks
- Proficiency in Python programming with strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
- Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices
- Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex systems and solve technical problems systematically
- Genuine interest in learning and contributing to cutting-edge AI technology
- Experience with FastAPI, AsyncIO, or comparable Python web frameworks is a plus
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Working knowledge of Linux and cloud platforms
- Background working with large language models, agent frameworks, or AI systems
- Understanding of distributed systems and workflow orchestration concepts
- Portfolio of open-source contributions or personal AI projects you've built
