As a Gold's Gym Personal Trainer, you will be at the forefront of maximizing our members' training potential. Your responsibilities will include creating personalized programs based on members' needs, including education and guidance on nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and other fitness offerings at Gold's Gym.

This role reports directly to the Member Experience Manager.

• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized fitness plans for members to help achieve their goals.
• Gather information during new member intake to understand their fitness goals and constraints.
• Develop effective, challenging, and personalized exercise programs.
• Support members of varying fitness backgrounds to achieve success.
• Assist members during floor hours with exercises and equipment, maintain a safe and clean environment, and build relationships.
• Use fitness knowledge to keep members engaged and motivated, encouraging them to try new challenges and classes.
• Ensure the gym is clean and organized by re-racking weights and maintaining standards.
• Assist in achieving the club's monthly revenue goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
