The Group Fitness Instructor will deliver a superior class and fitness experience and become part of members' fitness journey to ensure their class experience and expectations are met.

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience
• Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class rollout
• Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels required (e.g., bootcamp-based classes, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT)
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

• Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking

• High school diploma or GED required

• $20/hour starting
• $25/hour specialty zone
