The Area Scouts team consists of Sports Medical Professionals, Olympians, Professional Sports Experts, Coaches, Instructors, Trainers, Physical Therapists, Athlete Evaluators and Scouts. We aim to become the world’s #1 Athlete Health / Development Program.

Area Scouts offers the only proven solution to the increasing costs of youth sports programs and the rising cases of catastrophic injuries that compromise athlete development. Today, over 32 million youth athlete injuries occur each year, with in excess of $33 billion in additional health‑care costs. More than 47% of youth athletes leave sports due to injuries or lack of interest. Area Scouts addresses these issues with evidence‑based programs.

We are expanding our team and seeking sports‑experienced, self‑motivated individuals with integrity for the following roles:

• Sports Coaches, Instructors, Trainers, Physical Therapists, Licensed Athlete Evaluators, Assistant Athlete Evaluators, Advisors, Scouts
• Regions:
  Baseball, Basketball, Softball, Football, Volleyball, Lacrosse, and upcoming sports

• Have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the sport you wish to work in
• Verify your experience/reputation via a brief interview if internal verification is unavailable
• Pass a worldwide/national background check upon acceptance
• Complete the Area Scouts training before working with athletes

• Working with youth athletes of all ages, both current and prospective platform users, within your territory
• Obtaining parental consent for athletes under 16
• Maintaining relationships with local and national sports organizations and facilities

• Make initial contact with athletes/parents as they join the platform
• Identify athletes’ needs, maintain consistent contact, and assist as needed
• Direct athletes/parents to the development calendar on the platform for scheduling
• Meet athletes/parents in person on scheduled dates to conduct the initial Area Scouts B.A.S.E. Evaluation and any follow‑up evaluations
• Provide individualized instructions and corrective measures via the athlete profile dashboard or mobile application
