• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products.
• Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork.
• Arrange for pickup of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor.
• Encourage safe work practices in others.
• Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance.
• Provide weekly report updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, or Associate’s degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Moderate computer skills; assist in report data collection.
• Strong sense of responsibility; follows supervision; possesses good communication skills.
• Morning shift 6 am – 2 pm.
