The Entry-Level Commissary Driver / Prep is responsible for safely transporting goods from the commissary to various Mattenga's locations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. This role supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through reliable service and proper inventory handling.

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport food, beverages, and supplies to designated Mattenga's locations according to schedule
• Load, unload, and verify products against invoices to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages
• Perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles and report any issues promptly to ensure safety and reliability
• Adhere to food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies during all transportation and delivery activities
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and managers to meet operational needs and ensure smooth delivery processes
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and vehicle maintenance activities
• Represent the company professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles responsibly and safely
• Basic understanding of inventory handling and verification processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies

• Previous experience in delivery, transportation, or food service roles
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
• Basic mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
