Pay

Monthly Fuel Bonuses Additional monthly incentives are available for drivers who maintain strong fuel-efficiency performance throughout their routes.
No-Touch Dry Van Freight Haul no-touch dry freight that allows drivers to focus on safe and efficient operations without loading or unloading responsibilities.
Miles Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week, supporting consistent earnings and dependable workload expectations.
Equipment Operate late-model International LT trucks equipped with APUs and inverters. Drivers may bring a refrigerator for additional convenience while on the road.
Maintenance Support Penske-supported maintenance helps minimize downtime and keep equipment operating efficiently throughout the year.

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 6 months of experience within the last 12 months, 12 months within the last 3 years, or 3 years within the last 10 years

Drivers must be able to operate safely, communicate effectively, and support on-time deliveries throughout assigned routes.
