Inventory Associate III

* Job Summary:

** The Inventory Associate III reports to the Inventory Mgr and is responsible assisting in performing monthly/quarterly cycle counts and yearly inventory counts, shipment receiving, boxing, labeling and organizing products, along with other warehouse related activities.

Core Duties
* Create, enter and reconcile monthly/quarterly cycle counts and year-end inventory audits.
* Create reporting on count results.
* Properly label, package, and box product for easy identification.
* Stack, palletize and label a variety of products, ranging from 5lb to 50lb’s.
* Clean and maintain the warehouse. Associate will assist in all phases of housekeeping of the facility and maintain a neat, orderly and safe work area during working hours. Must leave a clean area prior to leaving work.
* Accurately pack, palletize, wrap and label orders as needed.
* Provides superior customer service to internal and external customers.
* Mentor peers.
* Provide on the job training to new associates.
* Recommend process changes to management.
* Any other duties or responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements
* Ability schedule inventory counts for multiple SKU’s.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (lookups, pivot
* Stand / sit for long periods of time.
* Professional team player.
* Work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
* Ability to identify inventory discrepancies and reconcile.
* Good communication
* Problem solving ability and good judgment calls.
