Location: TJ Maxx Distribution Center, San Antonio, TX

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: $18.50 per hour, with potential incentive pay based on production.

Position Summary: The Bulk/Forklift Department supports the distribution center by moving merchandise using power industrial trucks (PIT). Minimum of one year of forklift experience and an eye exam are required. Drivers are certified on both RC and TSP. All PIT training is provided on site by a certified trainer.

• Count, select and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items as assigned.
• Match receipts against purchase orders.
• Ticket merchandise or other items with gum labels, ticketing gun, or pin tickets.
• Pack or unpack merchandise.
• Seal boxes for shipping when packing is completed.
• Manual material handling of objects such as totes, boxes, garments or other items up to 10 lbs constantly, up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 60 lbs occasionally.

• Minimum one year of forklift experience.
