As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply San Antonio Distribution Center in Selma TX

Schedule

• 4‑Day Workweek (4 10‑hour days)
• Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM
• Flexibility needed during weekends, holidays and rotating shifts

Pay

Starting at $20.75 an hour, paid bi‑weekly.

Responsibilities

• Efficiency and Organization:
  Actively engage in unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
• Safety First:
  Operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse.
• Communication and Care:
  Interact with colleagues and partners with consideration and respect.

  Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extreme Temperature:
  Work in rotation through temperatures from –10°F to 100°F to keep food safe.
• Heavy Weights:
  Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case; occasional mechanical assistance for up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred; prior food distribution experience a plus.
