Join a dedicated team committed to supporting environmental field and drilling operations as a Warehouse Coordinator. This hands‑on role is essential to ensuring that field crews have the equipment, tools, and materials they need—prepped, organized, and ready for deployment. The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key part in maintaining efficient operations by managing inventory, staging supplies, and upholding safety and quality standards.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, both indoors and outdoors, and to contribute directly to the success of field projects. If you value structure, teamwork, and being a vital part of a larger mission, this is the role for you.
- Prepare, stock, and stage drilling supplies and materials daily to ensure field crews are ready for deployment
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for transportation to job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked warehouse and yard
- Wash, clean, inventory, and assist in maintaining equipment and tanks
- Conduct routine equipment safety and maintenance checks
Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and safety supplies - Transport equipment and materials to local shops or job sites as needed
- Assist with general manual labor tasks as required
- Travel to Decatur and Midland as project needs arise
- Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with quality assurance and control practices
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients when necessary
- 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or field operations experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to travel to job sites, including remote locations
- Strong work ethic, dependability, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team
- Preferred: Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Preferred: Forklift certification
- Preferred: Light mechanical skills
- Work in warehouse, yard, and outdoor jobsite conditions
- Year‑round work in all weather conditions
- Extended hours may be required based on project demands
- Be a key part of a larger operational team supporting important environmental projects
