* ** Job Summary*
* The Warehouse Clerk Specialist supports daily warehouse operations by performing clerical, inventory, and coordination tasks to ensure accurate recordkeeping, efficient material flow, and timely order processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and hands-on warehouse experience.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining warehouse records

+ Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing documentation and verifying accuracy

+ Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits

+ Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to ensure timely movement of materials

+ Receive, log, and distribute work orders, shipping documents, and purchase orders

+ Update inventory management systems and track discrepancies

+ Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups as needed

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

** Qualifications & Requirements*
* + Minimum  
** one (1) year of current warehouse clerk or related experience*
* + Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping/receiving processes, and basic warehouse operations

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets, inventory software)

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to work occasional weekends and overtime as required

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods

+ Ability to lift and move items in accordance with safety guidelines
