Assignment Length: 6-9 Month Contract Position

Location: San Antonio, TX
Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM
Candidates must be available to:
- Work up to 12-hour shifts as needed
- Work Saturdays when business demands require
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Candidates must have the flexibility to support overtime and weekend scheduling when required.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, forklift operation, and maintaining accurate inventory records through ERP systems.
The ideal candidate will be a safety-focused professional with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record of reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
- Process outbound shipments and prepare shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Utilize ERP systems to track inventory transactions and warehouse activity
- Load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently
- Operate sit-down electric and sit-down propane forklifts
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments
- Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Minimum 3 years of Shipping & Receiving experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating both sit-down electric and sit-down propane forklifts
- Current Forklift Certification required
- Experience utilizing ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
- Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and warehouse processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Reliable, professional, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering quality work
- Must be local to the San Antonio area and able to reliably commute to the worksite
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods
