Order Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Antonio, TX. This hands-on warehouse role is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and contributing to accurate, on-time customer shipments.

In this Order Fulfillment Associate position, you will receive inventory, pick and pack orders, scan products, apply shipping labels, and prepare packages for carrier pickup in a fast-paced biotechnology and pharmaceutical warehouse environment. No previous warehouse experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. This is a great opportunity to build valuable logistics, shipping, receiving, and warehouse skills with a supportive team and a clear path toward long-term employment.

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately and safely.
• Pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
• Pack products securely, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Scan and confirm each order in the warehouse system to support accuracy and traceability.
• Sort, stage, and organize packages for carrier pickup.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area.

• Use warehouse systems, handheld scanners, and shipping processes to confirm order accuracy.
• Maintain productivity, quality, safety, and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of experience accepted, with training provided.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic reading, counting, and order verification skills.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented warehouse environment.
• Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and peak-season overtime as needed.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, order picking, or packing experience.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience using Zebra printers.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment or printing issues.
