• Conduct thorough analyses of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
• Ensure calls on applications generated by leads are made promptly, following company guidelines.
• Own and monitor daily inside and outside marketing activities.
• Manage sales administration tasks, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the Agency Management System.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Set monthly sales goals approved by leadership and meet them consistently.
• Attend sales training and company events as needed.
• Mentor and train other team members as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Stay current on market conditions, industry regulations, underwriting guidelines, and insurance product knowledge.
• Be goal‑oriented, self‑starter with a strong work ethic.
• Support and promote the Bank and Division’s vision, mission, and core values, organizational structure, and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent analysis, observation, and decision‑making skills.
• Maintain focus, rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate them, and ensure resources are properly aligned.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining effective relationships with board members, officers, employees, and members of the business and civic community.
• Provide compassionate and visible leadership that fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and all established Bank and/or Division policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, plus 5 years of directly applicable experience.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and self‑motivation, with the ability to foster strong relationships.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, preferred but not required.
• Overall proficiency in using technology as a tool to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Must be physically present at the Bank to perform job duties.

Job Type: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunities & Commission Pay
