This is a contract position for a Kids Ministry Director located on-site in San Benito, TX. The Kids Ministry Director will oversee the planning, organizing, and execution of programs and activities for children. Responsibilities include leading Bible teachings, fostering spiritual development, mentoring children, and collaborating with staff and volunteers to create a welcoming and nurturing environment. Additionally, the role involves organizing events, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, and building relationships with families to support their spiritual growth.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Experience in Youth Ministry, including program planning and teaching.
• Knowledge of the Bible and proficiency in leading Bible studies and lessons.
• Ability to provide Spiritual Direction and foster meaningful growth in children.
• Skills in Discipleship to mentor and guide children and volunteers in their faith journey.
• Other valuable qualifications include organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for working with children and nurturing their development.
