Matrix Medical Network is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (PRN) to conduct comprehensive health assessments at members' residences, including homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Responsibilities- Conduct adult or geriatric assessments including medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow‑up, and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines.
- Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate.
- Work with primary care physicians on patient education and follow‑up as necessary.
- Provide services at the member’s place of residence (home or Skilled Nursing Facility).
- Flexibility – Visits are scheduled based on your availability. Assessments run Sunday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.; you can work day, evening, or weekend shifts.
- Competitive Pay – Earnings based on completed assessments. 20–100 visits per month can earn $1,800–$11,500, with per‑assessment rates of $90–$115 depending on state.

- Education and Support – Comprehensive onboarding, a preceptor, 1:1 feedback, and free access to continuing education.
- Additional Licensure – Support for state‑to‑state licensure and credentialing if needed.
- Full‑time opportunities – PRN providers can transition to FT roles with sign‑on bonus.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience and completion of NP licensure.
- Current NP licensure in state of practice, including prescription authority or ability to obtain it.
- AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty.
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification.
- 1 year of NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
