• Handle inbound internet, phone, and text leads promptly.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls, texts, and emails to unsold prospects and prior customers.
• Set and confirm showroom appointments.
• Meet or exceed appointment show and set goals.
• Provide a professional, friendly customer experience.
• Work closely with sales staff and sales managers.

• Hourly base pay secured.
• Appointment show bonus.
• Vehicle sold bonus.
• Monthly performance bonuses: based on appointment shows, sales, and quality follow‑up process.

• Strong communication skills (Phone, text, email).
• Confidence on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow processes and scripts.
• CRM experience preferred (but not required).
• Retail, sales & customer service related experience background (automotive preferred).
• Computer‑skilled individual who works well in a very fast‑paced, team environment.
• High school graduate preferred.
• Bi‑lingual strongly preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening, including drug screen, MVR, and criminal background check.
