The Lead Technician position requires technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and leadership skills to mentor a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. The role provides performance‑based flat‑rate pay, rewarded per eligible task.

$25.74 – $48.73

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, muse fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, air‑conditioning, and computer systems to specification.
• Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non‑mechanical individuals clearly.
• Remain current with rapidly changing automotive technology via continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within the first two years of employment (tests and registration fees covered by company; bonus for each test passed intelligence.).

• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and the ability to operate customer and company vehicles.
• Skills in brake diagnosis/repair.

• Current federal, state, and local certifications/licenses where applicable.
