PositionSummary
The Lead Technician position requires technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and leadership skills to mentor a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. The role provides performance‑based flat‑rate pay, rewarded per eligible task.
Pay Range$25.74 – $48.73
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, muse fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, air‑conditioning, and computer systems to specification.
- Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non‑mechanical individuals clearly.
- Remain current with rapidly changing automotive technology via continuous paid formal training.
- Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
- Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within the first two years of employment (tests and registration fees covered by company; bonus for each test passed intelligence.).
- Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and the ability to operate customer and company vehicles.
- Skills in brake diagnosis/repair. 維

- General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
- Current federal, state, and local certifications/licenses where applicable.

- Engine repair, performance and transmission knowledge.
- Automotive heating/AC proficiency.
- Five years of automotive repair experience or relevant certifications.
- A.S.E. certification in at least three of A1–A8 (L1 can be one of the three).
