Parts Sales Coordinator

Location:

San Bernardino, CA

Schedule:

Hybrid (2 days/week) M-F, 8am-5pm Pay: $20-23/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles incoming customer calls
• Responds to part number requests
• Provides all necessary pricing and availability information to customers
• Executes prompt and accurate parts orders per customer inquiries
• Initiates appropriate telephone and email follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provides customer with all necessary documentation as requested
• Maintains accurate parts information in order to promptly respond to customer questions
• Cooperates and communicates with customers, co-workers, supervisors and other departments within the company to continuously improve customer service
• Compliance with all departmental and company-wide policies and procedures
• Participates in developing and implementing improved departmental procedures and methods.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• High School Degree; and 3+ years of exceptional customer service experience with 1-2 years of parts/technical experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of SAP data management software a plus
• Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skills;
Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high volume of calls
• Computer literate:
Microsoft Windows 10, SharePoint, Office (Outlook, Word and Excel primarily)
• Ability to multi-task effectively and with a sense of urgency, sometimes under stress
• Must be able to continuously learn and improve knowledge of company products
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, operating and maintenance instructions, manuals, and diagrams.
