• Facility Size: 427-bed facility | 10 ORs + 2 OB suites | Level II
• Schedule Options: 10s, 12s, 24s |
  
  Shifts:
  
  7 AM–5 PM or 7 AM–7 PM
• Practice Model: MDs work their own cases alongside CRNAs in a collaborative model
• Case Volume: 7,388 annual cases + 1055 births/year (~100 deliveries/month)
• Case Mix:
  Ortho, General Surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, and more
• No Trauma or Transplant
• Call: 1–2 calls per week | post-call day off
• Optional shifts available at Community Hospital of San Bernardino

• Active CA medical license (or eligibility)
• DEA, State CDS certifications
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

• Annual Salary: $577,149
• PTO: 7 weeks
• Relocation Allowance: $10,000
• Commencement Bonus: $20,000
