Position: Executive Assistant to the Vice President

University Development and Alumni Engagement (UDAE) is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Vice President to join our team! This role will provide administrative support on varied and complex projects associated with the Office of the Vice President for UDAE.

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Director of Employee Relations to provide systemwide leadership and expertise on complex employee relations matters across the CSU. This position serves as a trusted advisor to campus administrators, HR, and Faculty Affairs leaders, offering guidance on employee relations matters including discipline, performance management, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and policy compliance.

The Director develops and implements systemwide policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure consistent and legally sound practices, while fostering collaboration through a community of practice. Working closely with Labor Relations, the Office of General Counsel, Civil Rights, and other stakeholders, the Director ensures alignment with the California Education Code, California Code of Regulations and collective bargaining agreements and obligations under HEERA and proactively identifies systemic issues and risks.

This role also functions as the escalation point for high-risk cases with potential litigation or arbitration implications, safeguarding the CSU’s commitment to fairness, compliance, and effective employee relations.

The Chemistry Department is hiring an Electronic Technician. This hands-on role maintains and repairs advanced scientific instrumentation while collaborating with faculty to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant laboratory operations.

Under general supervision of the Associate Vice Provost and Dean for the College of Extended and Global Education (CEGE) and under the day-to-day work direction of CEGE International Education Admin Analyst/Specialist, this position provides overall coordination of administrative support for general fund international education department. The Administrative Support Coordinator (ASC) is responsible for the full scope of project activities including initiation, execution, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.

The ASC works with complex programs, projects, and events that have campus-wide impact and that require ability to work independently, under general supervision.
