Chief Financial Officer – Century Group

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $300,000 to $400,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across departments

• Manage financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements

• Oversee revenue management and cost control initiatives to improve profitability

• Supervise accounting functions including financial and technical accounting

Requirements

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize financial performance

• Drive cost management efforts to enhance operational efficiency

• Lead mergers and acquisitions activities to support company growth

• Manage IT department operations and oversee process automation initiatives

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and active CPA required

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive finance role with acquisitions and multi‑entity structures

• Demonstrate experience managing high‑volume transaction teams

• Show prior experience overseeing IT departments and systems integration

• Possess strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
