As our CFO, you'll be the architect of our financial strategy, ensuring long-term financial health while fueling expansion and innovation. You'll work closely with executives, operations, and IT to deliver results that make a measurable impact.

• Design and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a nationwide operation
• Oversee high-volume accounting functions, financial controls, and technical accounting
• Manage IT operations and champion process automation
• Partner with supply chain to optimize financial performance
• Drive revenue management, cost controls, and operational efficiency
• Lead mergers & acquisitions strategy and execution to accelerate growth

• 9+ years of multi-entity finance leadership experience
• 10+ years supporting nationwide organizations
• 7+ years managing IT teams and system automation
• 5+ years as CFO in a 750m - a billion-dollar organization
• Hands‑on M&A leadership experience (integration, a plus)
• A dynamic communicator and trusted business partner with strong negotiation skills
