Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Medical Credit and Collections Coordinator in the city of Redlands
.
- Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
- Making outbound collection calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving billing issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Collecting payments in accordance with DWC guidelines
- Identifying issues contributing to account delinquency and discussing findings with management
- Reviewing and monitoring assigned accounts and applicable collection reports
- Faxing documents to accounts and conducting follow-ups as needed
- Accurate data entry and documentation of collection activity
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Quick Books
- Strong typing and data entry skills (typing test required)
- Professional communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Must be able to pass a background check and have a High School Diploma or GED.
