A healthcare university in California is seeking a Coder 2-HIM to perform ICD and CPT coding for legal medical records. The candidate must ensure the quality and accuracy of coding in compliance with federal and state regulations. This role requires a Coding Certificate or Associate's Degree in Health Information Management along with three years of coding experience, preferably in Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery coding.

Certification as CCS, RHIA, or RHIT is mandatory.
