Family Lawyer

A well-established statewide law firm is building its Family Law practice in San Bernardino and is seeking a dedicated attorney to join the team. The candidate selected for this role will manage a variety of family law cases from intake through resolution.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of direct family law experience to be considered for this opportunity.

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, child/spousal support, and domestic violence proceedings
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide informed guidance to clients
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences
• Negotiate fair and effective resolutions
• Maintain organized case files and timely client communication
• Collaborate with attorneys and professional staff to ensure exceptional service

• J.D. and active license with the California Bar
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in family law or related litigation
• Strong courtroom presence, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple cases and deadlines effectively
