Home Chef is seeking a Production Lead to guide a line of production associates during portioning, meal bagging and shipping. You will start by obtaining the daily plan from the supervisor and set up tables and lines to meet targets.
The role emphasizes training, directing staff, ensuring SOP compliance, monitoring quality checks, and coordinating with warehouse to prevent downtime while optimizing output on the 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:30 AM) with Monday and Tuesday off.
