Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
• Provide patient education on disease management, prevention, and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Requirements:

• Valid California Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and board certification (FNP, ANP, or related specialty)
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• Current DEA license and prescriptive authority in the state of California
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient clinical setting preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given the San Bernardino patient community
