Anita’s Mexican Foods in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Quality Technician III to ensure our snack lines meet strict food safety and quality standards. You will perform QA/QC inspections, support line start-ups, review testing results, and help train junior technicians.
The role requires 3 years in quality control/assurance in food manufacturing, knowledge of GMP/HACCP, and strong attention to detail. 3rd shift with weekend rotation is included; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
