Description
The Cook prepares, cooks, and serves daily meals. Provide quality customer service experience for program participants, staff, and guest.

Qualifications and Experience MinimumHigh school diploma or equivalent and two years’ experience working in food service field. Valid Serv Safe Food Handler certification required. Knowledge of institutional/school nutrition guidelines and experience in large scale meal preparation. Full knowledge and practice of food safety, storage, and inspection requirements.
PreferredCulinary Arts Certification; two years food preparation experience.
