• Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during, and after service periods to turn tables
• Maintain knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper table setups
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
• Work as a team, assisting guests and team members' needs and inquiries
• Ensure necessary stock is replenished during the shift
• Respond to guest concerns/complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints while maintaining a positive attitude; escalate to management when necessary
• Clean and dry spills immediately; never leave spills unattended
• Move furniture as directed by management (tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes, equipment)
• Report and record any breakages
• Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
• Complete opening/running/closing side work duties as assigned; assist teammates with these duties as requested
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

• High School Diploma preferred
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• 18+ years of age
• Possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards
• Minimum of one year related experience
• Proper lifting techniques
• Guest relations
• Sanitation and safety
• Full service restaurant operations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
