• Work onsite, greet and interact with customers, and lead by example.
• Establish and maintain customer service standards and oversee daily operations to maximize sales.
• Hire, retain, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.
• Train staff across service, cashiering, and safety procedures.
• Manage scheduling, breaks, productivity, and daily cash deposits.
• Monitor location financials and contribute to financial goal achievement.
• Order, stock, and maintain merchandise and inventory.
• Handle vehicle damage claims with urgency.
• Assist customers and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Apply membership approach with new customers.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and conduct discipline and termination as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Record of developing team members and driving results (revenue, EBITDA).
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven leader.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience leading a membership model (preferred) and managing preventative maintenance program (preferred).
• Ability to read, count and write accurately, and work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance per dress and grooming standards.
• Two or more years responsible for the results of a high‑performing store/location.
• Hiring, training, mentoring, managing cost/expenses/scheduling.
• Ensure brand, cleanliness, and product quality representations.
• Familiar with Profit & Loss statements.
• Retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prolonged periods standing; ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.

Outdoor work in a loud environment with continuous motion, including lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.
