We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run inbound and outbound teams. Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs/BDRs to achieve and exceed outbound sales targets.
- Maintain and grow a multi‑million dollar pipeline through data‑driven insights and continuous improvement.
- Develop the skills and culture of the team, fostering high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic.
- Experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Use data analytics to guide team activities, identify improvement opportunities, and report performance.
- Excellent academic results at school and university.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM fields.
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement—curious, flexible, scientific.
- Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration skills.
- Leadership experience in one form or another.
- Ability to use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Distributed work environment with twice‑yearly team sprints in person.
