Your Role as a Security Officer

As a Security Officer, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding vital assets. You will receive advanced training in security procedures and have access to cutting-edge technology. This position demands dedication and readiness for rigorous training, but success will place you among an elite group within the Inter-Con family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage access badges in compliance with service level agreements.
• Screen individuals and investigate security alarms to identify the root cause of activations.
• Monitor facility activity, ensuring security and preventing unauthorized access.
• Review and document CCTV footage related to incidents.
• Complete various logs and incident reports by the end of each shift.
• Respond promptly to alarms and assist with emergencies as necessary.
• Conduct patrols to identify security concerns and ensure the safety of personnel.
• Participate in emergency evacuation responses and assist with security matters for associates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support security operations.

Work Environment and Requirements:

• This role involves working at client sites, both indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods during daily security operations.
• Open availability for work on nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
