Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Aide to join our team at our new Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in San Bernardino, CA. MAP is an innovative program dedicated to engaging the community and providing rehabilitative programming for justice-involved individuals. We focus on promoting long-term, self-sustaining skills through vocational training and personal development services.
Position OverviewThe Case Aide will maintain accountability for clients’ location at all times and have knowledge of and implement all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations, including:
- Client Supervision
- Key Control
- Head Counts
- Monitoring of clients location and visitors log
- Emergency and other program required procedures
- Collecting urine samples and completing related paperwork and breathalyzer testing as required by contract
- Collecting intake data, developing and documenting program plan goals with clients, monitoring in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals
- Assisting in client orientation as assigned and making recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action as required
- Coordinating discharges with referral agencies and supervising client work assignments and checking for satisfactory completion
- Adhering to program procedures and enforcing rules, regulation, and policies
This facility is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-8:00pm. Shifts will vary to support the needs of this location.
Hourly Rate$21.86

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years’ experience in social services or similar field. Education may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis
- Good written and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Two (2) weeks’ vacation accrued within the first year, bumped to three (3) weeks accrual after 1 year of service
- Sick time (7 days accrual basis), floating holiday time (4 days/year)
