An excited, detail‑oriented individual will join Cardinale Way Hyundai Genesis of San Bruno. Applicants should have automotive office experience and a can‑do attitude.

• Process contract, payoffs, and flooring.
• Ensure all transactions are processed timely.
• Verify the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale.
• Work accurately within state and corporate guidelines.
• Maintain schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have automotive experience.
• Must possess good organizational skills.
• Must be detail‑oriented and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have good work ethics including maintaining a neat work area.
• Excellent follow‑through skills.
• Reynolds experience a plus.
• Good attendance required.
