• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
• 6 years of experience in business development, Over-the-Top (OTT) app distribution, the streaming video industry, and consumer electronic device partnerships.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
• Experience in a partner-facing role, analyzing and structuring negotiations, and negotiating and executing with consumer electronic device manufacturers.

• MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience deploying or distributing 'over the top' (OTT) video apps on consumer electronic devices.
• Demonstrated experience thriving in ambiguous environments; excellent people management communication and negotiation skills with the ability to provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of connected TV platforms and the consumer electronics hardware industry (as it relates to video streaming technologies).
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop customized term sheets, work with legal agreements, and clearly present distilled agreement issues to executive management when appropriate.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as You Tube, Google TV and Commerce.

You Tube's global Living Room Product Partnerships team works cross-functionally with internal teams to identify, structure, and execute multi-faceted distribution agreements, while developing relationships with our most mature device partners to drive the distribution of You Tube's suite of services (You Tube Main App, You Tube TV, You Tube Premium, and Primetime Channels). Identify partnership opportunities to aid product development that will drive incremental watch time, daily active users and subscribers.

In this role, you will require a deep understanding of the connected TV and gaming console landscape, knowledge of product integration, thought leadership, influencing skills, research and analysis skills, flawless execution, and a passion for working in the fast-moving area of connected TV content services. Most importantly, you know how to assess partnership opportunities, define a strategy, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive partnerships that help the business evolve.
