Creator Monetization & Marketplace Product Designer

Duration: 5 Months |
Location: San Bruno, CA (onsite in a hybrid model)

• This role focuses on creator-facing experiences that help creators connect with brands and manage sponsorship deals—an increasingly important monetization stream for the creator ecosystem.
• You will collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, and other design teams to simplify complex workflows for creators, ensuring high-quality, user-centered experiences within client’s design system.

• Design end-to-end user experiences for creator-facing workflows.
• Use Figma and established design systems to deliver high-quality, consistent designs.
• Simplify complex, business-like tasks (e.g., sponsorship negotiations) for creators who are not experts in this area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (UX researchers, PMs, engineers) to align on requirements and refine solutions.
• Represent design work in formal design reviews with core UX teams.
• Rapidly onboard, contribute effectively, and deliver within a short-term, high-impact engagement.

• 3–5 years of UX design experience.
• Experience designing for major platforms where individuals (not just businesses) can create accounts and engage in commercial activities or monetization, including selling, renting, content creation, or services (e.g., Meta/Client, Tik Tok, Airbnb, ).
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to work with established design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process, not just final visuals.
• Experience designing non-consumer facing tools (enterprise, creator, or professional workflows).

• Experience working in large, complex organizations, navigating cross-team collaboration and design review processes.
• Strong user-centered design thinking, with a proven ability to simplify complex tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
