Job Profile Summary

Build and support the development and maintenance of a centralized data solutions for Omni Channel Analytics that can be leveraged to acquire customers and increase sales by creating and executing complex data analyses.

Responsibilities:

Merge data from different sources to create a single source of truth including deduplication, data cleansing, and implementing business rules.

Analyze and interpret information to improve business efficiency and effectiveness by identifying trends and benchmarks, coordinating, and implementing new reporting, analysis, and data-management solutions.

Design and build reports, scorecards, and dashboards; effectively share data and insights to key stakeholders, including WM Leadership and cross-functional partners.

Evaluate existing systems capabilities and identify strategic gaps, determining systems solutions that are sustainable; work with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on business requirements and strategy.

Propose improvements for tactical initiatives; promote the application of insights to support departmental and leadership decisions and goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years’ experience in analytics, systems, information technology (IT), data management.

Proven experience working on large datasets, well-versed in writing complex SQL queries.

Strong experience developing data visualizations using tools such as Tableau.

Strong understanding of Retail space or Advertising Space.
