Product Manager III

Position: (USA) Product Manager III
* Lead product roadmap and vision for Spark’s member experience across mobile, web, and communication touchpoints
* Improve customer satisfaction and engagement by designing features that reduce friction and drive retention
* Enhance the internal platform used by operations and support teams to manage the community, communication, and segmentation
* Collaborate with Customer Care to optimize issue resolution workflows and reduce support volume
* Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Data Science, and Ops to align platform capabilities with privacy, compliance, and growth goals
* Monitor product performance using behavioral data and customer feedback, and use those insights to prioritize future work
* Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in Product Management
* Demonstrated success managing consumer-facing digital experiences (web or mobile)
* Experience improving internal tools or platforms used by operations, support, or community teams
* Proficient in product analytics and metrics-driven decision making
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
