UX Designer; III

Location: San Bruno, CA

Salary: $80.00 USD Hourly – $100.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX Designer (III)

We are looking for an experienced UX and product designer who embraces teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration to drive strategy, identify opportunities, and produce seamless user experiences. Our ideal candidate thrives in the dynamic environment of designing for multiple stakeholders, thinking systemically, and understanding product tradeoffs.

• Drive UX design for family‑focused living room projects and kids’ digital experiences.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale in a cross‑functional product development team.
• Articulate user journeys with scenarios, storyboards and presentations, low and high‑fidelity mocks, detailed interaction specs, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Contribute to vision and strategy, generating buy‑in and operationalizing the strategy across teams.
• Push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of approaching and solving problems.
• Partner with various product teams to align on product solutions that consider consistency across the broader ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
• Ability to iterate upon existing digital product features while considering the long‑term opportunity and impact.
• Strong core interaction design skills, knowledge of user‑centered design methodologies, and ability to partner with UX Research.
• Independently drive projects from concept to implementation.
• Execute against several work streams in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with timezone differences, and deliver clear and detailed solutions.
