Job Description:Our client is seeking a strategic, high-energy, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Program Manager to drive the execution of marketing initiatives. Serving as a flexible, cross-functional "floater" across the team, this role acts as the critical operational bridge between the Seller Events, Communication, and Marketing (ECM) team, the internal Creative Studio, and key business partners.
You will lead intake management, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end workflow oversight to ensure every brand touchpoint—from marketplace newsletters and webinars to major product announcements is delivered on time, on spec, and with high impact.
End-to-End Program & Marketing Execution- Manage the complete lifecycle for Product, Lifecycle, and Event Marketing deliverables, including marketplace newsletters, webinar campaigns, and product launches.
- Ensure all assets, graphics, copy, and collateral are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Jump in quickly across various team pillars to balance workload, cover capacity gaps, and manage urgent priority shifts.
- Act as the primary liaison between Strategists, Channel Partners, Business Partners (Advertising, Seller Success, Go-To-Market, Pricing, Product), and the internal Creative Studio.
- Digest complex technical specifications and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Proactively gather missing requirements from stakeholders to eliminate bottlenecks before they reach the creative team.
- Confidently manage stakeholder expectations, set operational boundaries, and provide constructive feedback when needed.
- Handle day-to-day project management hygiene, including building project calculators, setting up boards, and maintaining central documentation.
- Serve as the final line of defense for quality, catching spec errors, broken links, or visual inconsistencies across physical and digital channels prior to launch.
- Champion cross-hub alignment and seamless communication across distributed teams in San Bruno, Bentonville, and Hoboken.
- Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in Program Management, Marketing Project Management, or Marketing Operations within a corporate/B2B environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of product marketing, lifecycle marketing workflows (email segmentation, content personalization, campaign tracking), and GTM timelines.
- Systems Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with Airtable is highly preferred.
- Matrix Navigation: Proven track record of managing high project volumes and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder matrix organizations across multiple time zones.
- Adaptability & Composure: Ability to hit the ground running, thrive in fast-paced environments, and adjust effortlessly to shifting deadlines or last-minute requests.
- Detail-Obsessed: Exceptional precision—you are the person who routinely catches the small formatting error or wrong link before an asset goes live.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $52.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
