The ideal candidate is a strategic, customer-focused product marketer who can simplify complex offerings, build compelling narratives, influence across teams, and drive adoption in a fast-moving retail media environment.
You’ll Do
- Drive GTM strategy and execution across the In-Club portfolio, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, use cases, launch strategy, sales enablement, and adoption.
- Lead opportunity assessments and support business case development for new In-Club products and capabilities, incorporating advertiser needs, market insights, business opportunity, and cross-functional considerations.
- Serve as an advocate and Voice of Customer, translating advertiser, agency, and Sales feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure advertiser needs and market opportunities inform product priorities, requirements, and roadmap decisions.
- Support launches across pilot, beta, and general availability, partnering with Product, Sales, Media Strategy, Pricing, Launch Readiness, Ad Operations, Marketing, and other teams to drive readiness and execution.
- Develop compelling advertiser narratives and GTM resources, including pitch materials, case studies, FAQs, training, thought leadership, and seller enablement.
- Partner with Sales and Media Strategy to identify opportunities, monitor adoption and success measures, address barriers, and translate post-launch learnings into recommendations.
- Monitor retail media, in-store media, experiential, and digital advertising trends to identify opportunities and inform portfolio strategy.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, digital advertising, retail media, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing GTM strategies and product launches for complex products or solutions.
- Experience conducting opportunity assessments and developing or contributing to business cases using customer, market, competitive, and business inputs.
- Strong experience translating Voice of Customer and market insights into product and GTM recommendations.
- Strong ability to simplify complex advertising, technology, or media capabilities into clear value propositions, positioning, and customer narratives.
- Strong understanding of the advertising and retail media ecosystem and how brands engage customers across physical and digital experiences.
- Proven ability to build strong cross functional relationships and influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Media Strategy, and Marketing.
