Part Time Client Service Coordinator – Veterinary Vision (Ophthalmology Specialty)

Compensation: $22–$26/hr

Veterinary Vision, a leading veterinary ophthalmology practice, is seeking a Part Time Client Service Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support for our patients and their owners. Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer and triage incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Provide clients with information on ophthalmology services, scheduling, and follow‑up care
  • Manage emails and relay messages between clients and medical staff
Administrative & Client Service
  • Schedule appointments and procedures; support daily calendar management
  • Greet clients, complete check‑in/out, and process payments
  • Maintain accurate, confidential patient and client records
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and general administrative tasks
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Support emergency or urgent situations calmly and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Warm, empathetic demeanor with a genuine love for animals
  • Strong organizational abilities; comfortable with multitasking
  • Professional appearance, tone, and reliability
  • Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn veterinary software
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred)
  • 1+ year hospitality, front desk, or call center experience
  • Strong computer and data‑entry skills; MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to type 45+ wpm and use 10-key
Schedule
  • Part‑Time
  • Weekends and some holidays required
