More About This AI For Project Management Course
Project managers face increasing pressure to do more with less. AI offers a powerful way to reduce manual overhead, improve visibility, and unlock strategic thinking. This 5‑week course helps project and program managers learn how to use generative AI, automation tools, and AI‑assisted planning to elevate their impact. Learners will apply AI tools to real‑world PM workflows—planning, estimation, stakeholder updates, risk tracking—and finish with practical strategies, reusable templates, and confidence to lead AI‑informed projects in any industry.

About You
You bring at least 7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in AI adoption, and a genuine passion for helping professionals thrive. You have a point of view on what project managers need to succeed with AI and can translate concepts for beginners. As an SME, you will shape our curriculum, teach what matters most, and guide learners toward success.

• Create compelling, relevant, industry‑aligned courses that advance learners in their field.
• Record authentic, engaging videos illustrating how to apply AI in project management.
• Inspire learners, build confidence, and help them adopt and integrate AI into practice.
• Optimize learner engagement, retention, and success.

Our Courses

Each Week, Learners

• Complete online content (6‑7 hours) featuring scenario‑based learning and best practices.
• Apply skills via a hands‑on “Playbook” project (1‑2 hours).
• Attend a live session with an industry expert (2 hours).
• Get extra support on Slack or through the Learner Success team.

Your Duties and Time Commitment

• Overall Time Commitment: 35‑40 hours over 6 weeks.
• Week 1:
  Kickoff meeting, outline review, clarify schedule.
• Weeks 2‑5: 1‑2 working sessions per week with the learning designer, developing lessons, exercises, and video outlines.
• Week 6:
  Record and upload videos.
• Week 7:
  Review module and give feedback.

How We Support You

• Partnered with an experienced learning designer who guides and peers with you.
• Receive a draft outline covering key topics, technologies, and objectives to refine.
• Our video and slide production team ensures professional quality and artwork.

Your Compensation
$5,000 per course module.

• 10+ years of project management experience, with deep understanding of AI adoption strategies.
• Passion for learning and helping others grow.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong perspective on skills new entrants need, with ability to simplify concepts.
• Authenticity and engaging on video.
