- Minimum 8 + years of People Soft HCM 9.1 - NA Payroll
, Time & Labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, support and development. - Resource should be proficient in core modules of People Soft HCM 9.1 - NA Payroll, Time & Labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits.
- Experience in other modules like Core HR, Self Service.
- Resource should have People Soft technical expertise around 40%. Experience on integrations and AWE is a must, with People Soft functional expertise around 60%.
- Resource having exposure to People Soft Financials 9.1 will be a plus.
- Resource should be able to work out of client location - San Carlos, SFO.
- Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with the offshore team based in India.
- Good communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience in working on global projects, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and capable of customer-facing roles.
- Location must be at San Carlos/SFO, CA. Should work from customer location.
