Job Description
- Manage installation projects from start to finish
- Manage install apprentice & installer as needed
- Create & manage service plans for annual maintenance
- Perform warranty visits if needed
- Record & manage vendor bills for assigned jobs
- Manage jobsite time tracking & expenses with office manager as needed to submit job profit reports
- Install HVAC products such as heat pumps, zoning, ductwork, etc.
- Perform ongoing training, performance reviews & goal tracking
- Complete training courses
- Perform driving record & background check
- 1-year related experience
- Achieve goals assigned on a timely manner
- Complete all onboarding tasks & courses
- Following instructions
- Punctuality when clocking in & out
- Reliable & clear communication
- Cell phone capable of downloading apps required
