We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role will handle day-to-day accounting activities while assisting leadership with audits, controls, and process improvements.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end close, accruals, and financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Prepare and review AR/AP entries, job costing, and billing
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
- Assist with compliance reporting, licenses, and insurance renewals
- Prepare supporting schedules for audits and serve as point of contact for external auditors
- Contribute to process improvements and internal control initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency with Quick Books Enterprise (Construction Edition) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with payroll, benefits, and compliance reporting a plus
- Mid-Senior level
