SUPER
73 is looking for a Staff Accountant to support the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.
The position is hybrid with 2 days in office, located in San Clemente, CA.
Responsibilities- Assist with the full cycle of the accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records according to GAAP.
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 2-3 years' experience in accounting
- Salary range - $75-80K based on experience, skill set
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
